The Lisa Byington Award is presented annually to the most outstanding female broadcaster in the Big Ten Network StudentU program. The winner receives an immersive experience in Chicago where she will have the opportunity to work with Big Ten Network producers, announcers, and consultants to record segments at Big Ten Network's studios and work on a demo reel.🏆

On Friday, April 1st, 2022 Emma was awarded the Crystal Pillar at the 11th Annual Upper Midwest Emmy Foundation Student Production Awards. This foundation honors excellence and innovation in all platforms of visual media across the Midwest. Emma received her award in the category: College - Sports Story or Segment for the award winning video she filmed, directed, edited, and produced.
